Pay a bill

  1. Tap Bills.
  2. Choose the biller (electricity, data, TV, and more).
  3. Enter the account or meter number and the amount.
  4. Confirm. You get a reference and, where relevant, a token (for example a prepaid electricity token).

Airtime top-up

  1. Tap Bills → Airtime.
  2. Enter the phone number and amount.
  3. Confirm. The top-up is applied immediately.
You can do all of this by asking the agent — “pay my electricity bill” — in the app or on WhatsApp. See Just ask.
