Pesarc is a stablecoin settlement platform for the Global South. People send, hold, earn and cash out in their own currency — naira, cedis, shillings — in seconds, for a fee they can actually read. Underneath, Pesarc settles peer-to-peer on public networks and pays out to the bank account and mobile money people already have. You can meet Pesarc in three ways:

The app

Send, hold, earn, invest and pay bills. Or just ask the agent, in the app or on WhatsApp.

Integrations

Take stablecoin payments in your SaaS or store, or let an AI agent move money programmatically.

The API

A small REST API: create a hosted checkout, confirm a key, drive the agent.

What Pesarc does

  • Cross-border transfers — money sent from Lagos lands in Accra in seconds, in the currency each person actually holds.
  • A balance that holds — keep value in your own currency instead of watching it melt.
  • Earn — put idle balances to work and withdraw any time.
  • Invest — buy shares in companies you know, and take a view on big events.
  • Just ask — the agent understands plain language and does the work: pay a bill, send money, top up airtime.

How it works underneath

Pesarc is non-custodial — only the user can move their money. The platform never holds it. Behind the friendly money words, a transfer becomes a stablecoin intent that is netted and settled on-chain, then paid out over the local rail (bank transfer or mobile money) on the other side. Gas is sponsored, so users never touch a token to pay a fee.
Pesarc is multi-chain. The portable settlement hub runs on Arbitrum, with native support across Arc, Celo, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon and Solana. Cash-in and cash-out happen over bank transfer and mobile money.
